I just tried and I am still having trouble. Usually Best Sharing works great. I'll keep trying.
I'd love to have this one too but I'm getting the error message also.

Still can't get to the download. I'm not in Australia.
Saturday morning here in Vancouver, BC and I can't get either template to download. BestSharing gives a 505 error.
